LMV stands for economical series production of metal components – precisely machined and surface-coated directly on-site. With state-of-the-art machinery and in-house galvanizing as well as powder coating, we manufacture complex components and assemblies for industry, furniture manufacturing, mechanical engineering, hotel equipment, and shop fitting – reproducible, on schedule, and scalable from small batches to large series.
Our manufacturing processes
Whether bending, welding, laser cutting, or surface finishing, at LMV all relevant manufacturing processes are integrated in one production facility. This means for our customers: shorter lead times, less coordination effort, and consistent quality, directly from a single source.
Electroplating / Chrome Plating
LMV’s in-house galvanizing facility, one of the largest in Germany, offers far more than standard chrome plating. We develop customized galvanic solutions for decorative and industrial requirements – including all planning and fixture development directly at our Lauingen site. Whether small batches or large series: Our galvanizing facility is designed for economical series production with consistently high surface quality.
