On Thursday, November 12, 2026, the Azubi Xperience will take place at the Dillingen Stadtsaal, a career event featuring an apprenticeship fair. We at LMV Metalltechnik will be there with our own stand. If you or your child are currently considering what comes after school, you can get to know several companies from the region in five hours and ask questions that aren’t answered in any job advertisement.

2. What is the Azubi Xperience?
The Azubi Xperience is an apprenticeship fair in Dillingen. Companies from the region present their vocational training programs; you go from stand to stand and speak directly with the people who work there. You do not need to bring an application. If you want, you can bring your CV or your most recent school report, but it is not required. A conversation is enough to start with.
3. Why it is worth a visit
At a fair, you can see in a short time which professions exist and which companies are a good fit. In conversation, you quickly notice if the chemistry is right. And you can ask things that are rarely answered online: What does a normal workday look like? What do apprentices do in their first year? How does the transition to permanent employment work after training?
Parents are expressly welcome. Those supporting an apprentice usually have many questions themselves.
4. What to expect at the LMV stand
LMV Metalltechnik is located in Lauingen, just a few kilometers from Dillingen. We process metal and refine surfaces. For this, we train surface coaters and industrial mechanics. At our booth, you will receive first-hand answers.

5. How to get to the Dillingen Stadtsaal
The Stadtsaal is located at Adolph-Kolping-Platz 1 in Dillingen.
By car: You can reach Dillingen via the B16. You can park in the parking garage at the Stadtsaal (Rosenstraße) and in the parking garage at the station (Bahnhofstraße). A maximum parking duration of two to four hours with a parking disc applies at the Colleg, Altstadt, and Bleichstraße parking lots. For a visit to the fair, a parking garage is the more relaxed choice.
By train: Dillingen (Donau) station is located on the Danube Valley Railway, with train connections to Ulm and Donauwörth, among others. From the station, it is about a five-minute walk to the Stadtsaal.
