Electroplating / Chrome Plating
With our in-house electroplating, we ensure durable and high-quality surface finishes. Through state-of-the-art process technology, we offer individual solutions and a wide variety of galvanic surfaces for your products. In addition to the electroplating itself, all planning and necessary fixtures are developed and implemented directly at the Lauingen site.

Our Electroplating in Detail
Our Electroplating Plant
Depending on customer requirements, we can apply various surfaces in different layer thicknesses. Our electroplating line operates using the Chrome 3 process, with a working window of 3400x600x1200mm, enabling flexible and efficient surface treatment.
Thanks to our in-house jig construction, we can respond to customer requests at short notice.

Individual yet industrial production is LMV’s strength. At our plant in Lauingen, the entire production process runs from raw material to high-end electroplating. Made in Bavaria is our trademark. Whether individual pieces or large series – our production is flexibly designed, and with our own fleet, we deliver reliably and just in time for equipping your store or branch.

Chapter 1 – Prerequisites for a Functional Production
The foundation of successful production is the right combination of qualified employees, sufficient production space, precise planning, and well-organized inventory management. These four factors ensure that we can react flexibly to customer requests and always deliver on time.

Our Large Material Warehouse
To save time and avoid material bottlenecks, we always maintain an extensive steel stock and a variety of custom profiles. This allows us to respond quickly and flexibly to customer inquiries at any time.
